Adventure is Calling.
We're All Volunteers!
Pack 111 is 100% volunteer-led by parents like you! We donate our time and talents to build a great program for our kids. Every helping hand makes a big difference.Â
Background Checks
Safety comes first. Every registered adult leader undergoes a mandatory, confidential background check through Scouting America before working with our Scouts.
Youth Protection Training
All registered adults must complete Scouting America’s mandatory Safeguarding Youth Training to ensure a safe, secure, and positive environment for every child.
"Every Scout Deserves A Trained Leader"
Our team completes specialized training for their specific roles. We invest in learning the Scouting program so we can deliver the best experience possible for your Scout!

Cub Scouting is a family experience, and your involvement—big or small—makes a difference. Whether it’s helping set up an event, bringing snacks, or shopping for a campout, every bit helps. If you're interested in a larger role, we’re always looking for new leaders and committee members to support planning, fundraising, and welcoming new families. However you choose to help, please fill out the parent survey in the Resources section and send it to wolfepack165@gmail.com. Just like our Scouts, we ask adults to “Do Your Best.”
In Scouting, we will not compromise the safety of our youth or volunteers.
Every Scout deserves a trained leader. All registered Adult Leaders go through a mandatory criminal background check and must complete the Safegaurding Youth Training. We encourage parents and guardians to take Safeguarding Youth Training as well, which can be taken online for free. Also, Scouting America has created A Parent's Guide to Youth Protection.
We encourage all our leaders to take additional training, online and in-person, so we can provide a fun and safe program for our Cub Scouts and their families.
Annual Health and Medical Record forms are required to be completed at least once a year by all participants in any Scouting activity. Form C only needs to be completed for events longer than 72 hours (i.e. Summer Camp) and must be filled out by a physician. This includes participating family members and siblings.
